The WHO Global Strategy on Diet, Physical Activity and Health (DPAH) has called on the food industry, retailers and catering companies to be a significant player in promoting healthy diets.  The food industry has been urged to innovate and renovate to make available healthier food choices. This includes reducing fat, sugar and salt content and portion sizes of processed foods as well as increasing introduction of innovative, healthy, and nutritious choices. Consumers have been urged to make healthier food choices. »
