Water Works!

Water makes up about 60% of an adult''s body weight. It is an essential medium for physiological function, maintenance of body temperature and excretion of waste products. Your daily requirement for water is about 2 litres, of which 1 litre is from food and 1 litres from plain drinking water. 

Refresh yourself with water

Living in a hot climate causes rapid fluid loss from the body, particularly during physical activity. To ensure overall well-being and optimum functioning in the body, drink more plain water. 
Ideally, take 6-8 glasses of water a day.
